| WVU vs Maryland, September 18, 2004. WVU was entering the field on the left through the smoke and the inflated helmet. Maryland was entering the field on the right hand side of the photograph. The "Pride of West Virgina", the Mountaineer Marching Band was performing their pregame routine in the center of the field. WVU beat Maryland 19-16 in overtime. I originally took the photo for my own use. Once others saw the print that I had made, they wanted copies, thus this offer to all Mountaineer fans was created. My work has been published in various newspapers, journals and brochures. I've used a variety of cameras and lenses. I prefer my Canon EOS Digital, which is the camera that took this image. |

| 1. Why is your EBAY rating not 100%? |

| A1. I'm relatively new to selling items on EBay. Most of my feedback is as a buyer. I have been an Ebay user for quite a few years, but a few years back I won a bid for Cleveland Browns tickets. When I contacted the Seller to purchase the tickets he informed me that he didn't get the tickets after all. I left negative feedback for him and he turned around and left it for me as well claiming I didn't pay for the tickets (he was partially correct...I didn't pay...cause he didn't have them). On another occasion I purchased a neon sign. It arrived damaged because of improper packaging. The Seller would not help me or give me the insurance information. I again left negative feedback and he turned around and did the same for me. I've never had any issues that were valid issues with me not paying or providing an unsatisfactory product. I think both of these cases were undeserved and are a flaw in the EBay feedback system. All of the remaining feedback items have been positive in nature. |

2. How can I be sure I'll get a good quality print? |
| A2. The printer I deal with ships the prints in sturdy tubes with stapled end caps to prevent loss during shipment. The print is neatly rolled, placed in plastic wrap and then put in the tube. To cushion the prints, each end of the tube has a plastic air pocket that protects the print during shipment.
The print is printed on Fujifilm - Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper. The Printer also guarantees satisfaction, so I'm confident we are providing a quality product. I looked at a variety of Print companies and media formats before making a selection. I wanted to be sure customers would get a quality product. |
3. Is the Print available in different sizes? |
| A3. Besides the default size of 12" x 38" it can be printed approximately 50% of that size or 6" x 19". |
4. Do you offer framing? |
| A4. No, but I've found an online resource that offers custom sized wood and metal frames with matting at reasonable rates. I have no affiliation with this company, but plan on using it to frame the prints I keep. http://www.framesbymail.com - Click Here |

6. When will I receive my print? |
| A6. I place the actual print orders once I have received payment. The Printer usually processes the order the day they receive the order. I allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping and you should receive the print in that time frame. I will keep you updated as to the progress of your order (payment received, order processed, print shipped, etc.) |
7. What is Paypal? Do you offer other means of payment? What is the PURCHASE button? |
A7. Paypal is an Ebay Company. Paypal allows for the transfer of funds from one party to another. Ebay guarantees transactions (I believe up to $500.00). I have used Paypal for quite a few years and find it to be easy, quick and safe. I've never had any problems. You can sign up for a free account by clicking below. 
The PURCHASE button is either a direct link to an Ebay auction that we are running or a direct link to PAYPAL for payment and order processing. PAYPAL is safe and easy to use so you should feel secure in knowing that PAYPAL is processing the financial transaction. I will also accept money orders and personal checks. Personal checks will delay order processing until the check has cleared. |
8. Are there any discounts for purchasing multiple copies? |
